Cancellation & No Show Policy

  • We understand that sometimes situations come up that require you to change your plans. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us protect the time of our providers and our clients, and ensures that we can continue to deliver upon our promise of exceptional service.
  • Cancellations and rescheduled appointments without 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of $50. Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged $100. This fee is non-refundable and can not be put toward any future services.
  • Appointments booked within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be canceled or rescheduled no later than 4 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time without incurring a cancellation fee of $100.
  • By booking an appointment with Pure Perfection Medspa, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our booking, cancellation, and deposit policy and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated above

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be considered infeasible to proceed, and we will need to reschedule you. We reserve the right to refuse appointments to any patient who has demonstrated disregard of our cancellation policy.
  • Last-minute cancellations leave us with limited time to accommodate other clients. We appreciate your understanding of this policy, which helps us maintain the highest quality of service for all our clients and ensures that our team members’ time is respected.

Refund Policy

  • At Pure Perfection, all services and treatments are non-refundable. As aesthetic treatment outcomes can vary from patient to patient, any additional treatments required to achieve the desired results will be priced separately, except for specific touch-ups performed during follow-up appointments.
